Complaints
If you are not happy with your care, we encourage you to first speak to your therapist in the programme. Often things can be resolved straight away.
If you would like to make a complaint, you can address this, attention to the practice manager at: enquiries@whakamatutu.org.nz

Please know that making a complaint will not adversely affect the care you receive. Your right to complain about a health and disability service is covered by Right 10 of the Code of Health and Disability Services Consumers’ Rights
