To help your recovery, we have developed a programme informed by the lived experience of others and based on local and international best practice
Your recovery will be supported over three stages
Preparation
The first part of your journey offers a period of assessment and preparation to help you get the most out of the programme.
The programme
The next stage of your journey is a carefully structured day programme that takes place Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 4:30 pm for six weeks.
On-going support
Your recovery journey continues after you finish the programme through peer support groups.
